Your Organic food delivery - how does it work?

Thank you for choosing Your Choice Organics as your organic food delivery service. You now want to know how it works, right?

Choice is easy!

• Choose one of our box types and sizes and just sit back...|
  You choose which box size works best for you and set up your delivery information. At this time you can let us know if you do not want any specific items and we will do the rest for you. All you have to do each week is pick up the box from your front door.
• You want a bit more choice...
  After choosing a specific box size and you still would like to make your own substitutions or add to your order you can do it! We will let you know when the weekly box is updated and you can then make your changes.
• You want total choice...
  You can choose to order exactly what you want each week from our extensive list of organic foods and products.

Ordering is easy!

The first time you log into our website, sign up as a new customer and give yourself a password. We will activate your account and let you know your delivery date (emailed within 24 hours). You will then have access to ordering on line.

Payment is easy!

We accept major credit cards which can be entered when you sign up as a new customer. You are totally protected through our merchant account. If you prefer to pay by personal check please make it payable to Your Choice Organics and leave it in your empty box for pick up on the morning of your delivery day. You will be emailed the night before your delivery with the total amount of your invoice.

All our prices are in Canadian dollars.

Accounts with overdue balances may be canceled by us at any time, and are subject to interest at a rate of 2% per month.

 Delivery is easy!

Please leave your clean, empty bin out for pick up on the morning of your delivery day.

Our current delivery days are:

Wednesday to Wilson Creek, Sechelt, Sandy Hook, Tuwanek, West Sechelt, Halfmoon Bay including Brooks Road

Wednesday to Secret Cove, Pender Harbour, Garden Bay and Egmont.

Thursday to Roberts Creek, Gibsons, Langdale, and Port Mellon.

If your bin is not delivered when you expect it, please give us a call at 604 740 6706. If there are any delays due to weather etc. we will post information on our website and office phone voice mail.

Bin Deposit is easy!

We have a refundable deposit of $7.00 for your bin. This will be added to your first organic food delivery invoice. Bins must be returned to us in a clean and reusable condition.

Our Return and Refund Policy
If you are dissatisfied with our service or any of our products please let us know immediately and we will either refund you or credit your account. If you wish to cancel your order the deadline for cancellations is every Saturday by 4pm.
