Think of the online system as your own private organic vegetable and fruit store! How cool is that?!!

You have been given some parameters when it comes to the cost of the box you have chosen however you can order more veggies and fruit if you need.

You will see the cost online before you make a financial commitment.

You are getting value for your dollar as we are putting the box together for you and delivering it to your door with still no delivery cost to you. Enjoy what’s available!

Educational Tip #2:

Quantity or weight. How many bananas do I get for a pound? - 2 large ones or 3 small ones depending on what size is available.

If you want more, you can add to your order, or substitute something else for more bananas.

To add more bananas to your order, go to “This Week’s Order” page, scroll down to the section “Add to Your Order” then click on “Weekly Produce Listing” and choose how many bananas you would like. This step will add to your total order.

Other items:

• small cabbage (about 3 inches in diameter) is about 1 lb
• larger cabbage (about 5 inches in diameter) is about 2 lbs
• 1 medium yam is approximately .5 lb
• 4 small beets is approximately .5 lb
• 1 jumbo onion (or 2 medium) is approximately 1 lb

Educational Tip #3:

Let us know what produce you never want us to send you; this is done in the "Your Likes and Dislikes" page.

If this fruit or vegetable happens to be in our weekly box, it will show up in your box and you can then substitute it for something else. If you do not have time to modify your box we will do so by replacing the never send item with an item that you chose as always wanting. This way you will never receive something you do not like.
