Where do the products come from and are they organic? We purchase whenever possible, produce from certified organic BC and lower mainland growers. We have suppliers who import certified organic produce from the United States, Mexico, and other countries. In order to support local growers, we support growers who are in transition and follow organic procedures. All Organic Market Farm on the sunshine coast grows exclusively for Your Choice Organic home delivery customers.
What is a box? When signing up as a new client you set up a regular order by choosing a box type and size. The produce is put in a Rubbermaid container and delivered to your door. We have three different boxes you can choose from: - The Basic Box offers a selection of vegetables and fruits.
- The Garden Box offers vegetable lovers the option to have more veggies and less fruit.
- The Orchard Box offers mostly fruit and just a few vegetables, great for those of you that have your own veggie garden. If you run a B&B, this would be a perfect choice for your.
If none of the above choices are for you, you can choose what you want each week from our extensive list of organic produce and other products this is called our Your Choice Box. When signing up do not choose any specific box that way we will call to confirm that you want to choose from our Weekly produce listing. Orders under $28.00 are subject to a $5.00 delivery charge. - Medium - $36 feeds 2-3 people per week.
- Large - $43 feeds 3- 5 people per week.

What is in the box each week? The contents of your organic home delivery weekly box changes each week based on the season and quantity of items available. A few standard items are usually included most weeks (apples, oranges, bananas) and others are usually included every second or third week (broccoli, potatoes, onions). What if I can't eat that much? Try receiving a box every second week, or splitting a box with a friend. What if I don’t like broccoli? You can set up items you never want sent to you when signing up and we will substitute another item for you. You also have the option to modify your box each week. Can I have a particular fruit or vegetable every week? You can add to your order each week from our extensive list of fruits and vegetables not included in your weekly box. Prices may vary from week to week. Can I customize my box? Within the framework of what is offered each week in your box you can make substitutions of similar value. These changes can be made as often as you want before the deadline which is every Saturday at 4pm. When can I modify my regular order? You can modify your orders from Thursday evening to Saturday 4pm each week. Do I have to have a regular order? No, you can order what you want each week from our extensive list of vegetables and fruits. There is a minimum order of $28 or a delivery fee of $5.00 is charged. Why can’t I customize my box? The box is not ready to be changed yet. Your weekly box is posted every Thursday evening and the deadline for changes is Saturday at 4pm. What day of the week do I get my box? Your organic home delivery is on: Wednesday to Wilson Creek, Sechelt, Sandy Hook, Tuwanek, West Sechelt, Halfmoon Bay including Brooks Road Wednesday to Secret Cove, Pender Harbour, Garden Bay and Egmont.Thursdays to Roberts Creek, Gibsons, Langdale, and Port Mellon.

What time do I receive my box? You will receive your organic home delivery box between noon and 8pm depending on where you live on the route. We are unable to give customers a specific time. Do I need to be home at the time of my delivery? No, you do not need to be home. Most of our customer's are not home at the time of delivery. We request that you leave your empty bin at the designated pick up/drop off spot first thing in the morning to ensure proper delivery. Will my produce be safe outside? Your organic home delivery comes in an airtight Rubbermaid bin which protects it from cold and hot weather for a few hours (ice packs are also used in the summer). We will leave the bin at the designated area you requested when first signing up. Is there a delivery charge? We offer free organic home delivery on orders of $28 or more. Orders under $28 are subject to a $5.00 delivery charge. We are able to offer free delivery by avoiding the overhead expenses that a traditional retailer has. Is there a bin deposit? Yes, we require a $7.00 refundable deposit. We add this one time charge to your first order. Do I have to order online? No. We will send you an email on Thursdays letting you know your weekly box is ready for viewing. At this time you can phone 604 740 6706 with your organic home delivery order changes. When leaving a message please indicate your full name, delivery day, produce box size and what changes you want to make. How do I pay for my order? You can pay on line with most major credit cards or by personal check. Your Choice Organics operates on a C.O.D. (cash on delivery). Your credit card will be charged on your delivery date. When paying by check, make it payable to "Your Choice Organics" and leave it inside your empty bin which we pick up when delivering your full bin. Ready to sign up?

How will I know how much I owe? When modifying your order you will get a confirmation of your total each time you make a change. We will send you an email the night before your delivery date with the total owing. We try to indicate any short, out of stocks or last minute produce changes at this time as well. Your invoice/packing slip will be in your bin with your delivery. What if I forget to leave my bin and payment out?

The bin will then be picked up on the next delivery date What if I need to Skip a delivery? To postpone or cancel your organic home delivery box
enter your holiday cancellation dates. If phoning in your holidays please indicate the date you want your box to resume. What is the deadline for cancellations? If you decide to cancel your order the deadline for cancellations is every Saturday at 4pm. Changes cannot be made on the website after the deadline. There will be a $10 charge for any late cancellation. What if there is something different in the box than what was on the weekly box list? We try to avoid making changes to the upcoming box contents, but it does happen. Some reasons are that we may receive poor quality produce from our supplier, or local growers are not able to supply as much as we thought due to poor plant growth. When we have to make a change to what's in the boxes, we make sure that you have the same dollar value by putting in more of other items. We know these last minute changes can be frustrating, however we will try to make you aware of any changes when they happen. What if I receive something of poor quality? Please let us know immediately! We guarantee our products by inspecting everything that goes into your box! If you are not satisfied with some of the produce that you received, be sure to get in touch with us so we can replace those items for you the following week. We do our best to make sure that you get what you are expecting. We want to make sure that you are happy with what you receive and we appreciate your feedback. When you tell us about problems, you are helping us do our job better!
